Yes, you can do it. And you can begin right now.
Sure, you've run into problems in the past. Yet there is a way to get past every one of them. When it is important enough to you and meaningful enough for you, you will find a way. There is a positive, effective step that you can take this very moment.
It will require effort on your part, as well as commitment and persistence. Fortunately, you are fully capable of all those things.
Yes, you can do it, and in the process you will more fully become the beautiful, unique person you are meant to be. You will grow more capable, more confident, more knowledgeable and experienced.
When your objective is connected with the purpose that drives every other purpose, there is no doubt that you can do it. Begin now to work your way there.

2008 Resolution: Obtain my MD
My Day 1 
Today I start with this journal towards my goal, which is passing my both Step 2 exams; my friend Ivonne has inspired me and I really hope to be as consistent as she has been, thanks amiga!. Last year was really hard for me but now I feel ready to go for my goals; I have a part time job so this is going to be a little bit harder but since my job is in the medical field with pts, it also inspires me to get this done asap 
I am going to start with Internal Medicine, I am using Kaplan Notes 2007 and I just got UW for 3 months, I love it! ; well, probably after 3 m I will go for kaplan Qbank or probably a second round of UW, I am not sure yet, but what I know is that for the next 6m, CK is going to be my obsession 
I am planning to take my CK exam at the end of June, or very first days of july, my final goal is to get my MD license in time to be able to apply for match 09 with all my papers done, now is the time to do this and I am willing to do it.
I wish everybody a Joyful New Year filled with great personal achievements and the conquer of all your dreams.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for your good wishes, I know we will all achieve our goal this year because...
I am doing IM right now but wanted to start with my worst subjects so I am doing Nephro right now, it's being long since I was sitting studying  but I am getting there  So I should have Nephro done today, a small step but it's my baby step

I hope you are feeling great Guys thanks for the words of support I am done with Nephro and Neumo, I was also doing qs from UW, great explainations huh? Love it!
I am not studying on sundays, religious day for me, can't skip it but iw will also help me to recharge batteries for the week coming.

Ivoncita, For now I am reading on my own, it's like my 1st reading,... well.... I took the kaplan lectures 5 months ago, then had a big gap, so now I just want to read on my own, I feel like it's my first reading though Coming from work sometimes gets me exhausted at night but I have to overcome this stone on the road and do my schedule.
Gotta bo back to study.

It's been a while ; I feel that fixing some daily goals and not being able to accomplish them, was making me frustrated, so now I am setting new daily goals; last week I was working full time and I was really knocked out at nights to be able to read. Now I know this is not gonna be easy but not impossible either.
Here I go, again, and this time starting from page 1 of IM Kaplan Book; after being fooling around on some tough topics for me in the same book. Well, as I said before "Gotta do what you what to do"

It happens to everyone dear Sanfer fall behind with the daily goals but the most important is just to shake it off and start again. I know that it is difficult but not impossible to work and study full-time for the USMLEs but you can do it!!!!
