HI !

what if you get hand written thankyou letters from the PD and other faculty members wishing that you would be the one they want in their program and also email by PD that they will rank you very high, then what are the chances they will rank you high..

I got these from a Univ prog , do they send to every one?

I'v heard in person that other applicants were told the same DURING the interview.. (and I would have my doubts about it)
Having that written is quite different. I don't think they say that to everyone....and I believe it's good.. Congratulations....
Don't forget to do follow ups with other programs too, though ....just in case...
