a neonate experiecnces repeated bout of seizures and tetany and has abnormal face small jaw serum studies sodium 40 k-4 ,ca-5meq/l glucose 100 mg/dl she was later diagnosed as having digerge syndrome whats is appropriate reagrding this condition
a.the reason for death is these patients is respiatory arrest
b.reason for death in these patients is infections
c.children with small amount of functioal thymus outgrow imunedeficecy in 4-5yrs
d.neonates with this deficiency donot survive

The major reason of mortality in these patient are cardiac defects and the second is infections, not sure but i will go with C

c...children with even small patch of functional thymus can outgrow grow sever imuno deficiency and surviv infection by 5 to 4 years and then there after
