Hello drnareddy,
You are right about this question.
I modified it and the shunt option has been replaced with a new option for cor pulmonale.
Thank you !

Which one from the following is associated with left ventricular hypertrophy ?
A. mitral stenosis
B. cor pulmonale
C. chronic lung disease
D. secondary hypertension
