Hello drnareddy, You are right about this question. I modified it and the shunt option has been replaced with a new option for cor pulmonale. Thank you ! Which one from the following is associated with left ventricular hypertrophy ? A. mitral stenosis B. cor pulmonale C. chronic lung disease D. secondary hypertension
