I am replying back to the above q from a forum friend in the open forum just in case somebody else also might benefit.
the iv was casual. 2 interviewers. The PD & asst.PD. I was asked mostly abt my resume and how you deal a conflict, why pinnacle, and they also asked us to write abt a saying which has a close meaning to ' well-begun is half-done".
no med q in my case. but they asked abt my work experience and long term goals.

Hey Just do it, did u like the place? This was one program abt which i didnt get a clear idea. The residents seemed happy and the program director and the ass. p d seemed well involved with residents.
Do u know abt teaching in the program? Research and fellowship possibilities?
Well I was given a clinical scenario and asked abt the case. I found some of their methods like making us write abt the saying quite weird.
