hi everybody
programs that accept only ECFMG certified applicatns, if I'll B certified by 10th of September, do they have automatic filtres to sort me out as soon as they download applications in Early September.. or they wil reject me manualy when the PD see my application?
or he may no reject me if I've already passed all the exams with my ECFMG will B ready within a wek or 2?

By that time, programs will be probably just starting to download applications, and just a few start reviewing that early. I would not make such a big deal about it.
If you are sure a program, you want to apply to, has that requirement, simply apply later (sept 10) or send an email to that specific programs saying it's updated on that day.
Again, sept 10th is pretty early, but I would send the application (without certification) on Sept 1 anyways, just to be among the first in line...
