i took my exam on 27 dec.today when i started a new application for fun,its coming and it goes to its end.does it indicate i failed in the exam?

This seems as interesting as your 'red mark' theory...it's been 6 days since your exam...just wait for the results to come in 3-4 weeks and don't listen to the people telling you this ridiculous stuff...

Pradeep, the reapplication trick was possible in the old system when we were only getting results mailed to us, adding few extra days of wait. They changed it sometime during 2007 and you can no more use this trick.. In the past, The OASIS system would not let you reapply for the same exam you have appeared when either result is not declared or you have already passed the exam. So we used to try and reapply after 3 weeks on a wednesday night.. if we passed, we will get message that "our system shows that you have already passed this step".. Now OASIS system does not allow this trick and lets you reapply anytime.. Obviously you have just given the exam so your result is not ready.. Don't worry.

Wrong... All this means that your eligibility period expired, and you now can apply again... You cannot apply again if you are still within your 3-mo eligibility period, unless the system was updated with your score...
