Forum members, in which cases are we supposed to measure the BP? A few cases that I have a doubt about are BP refill, ? Postural Hypotension, Pre-employment check up?

Has anybody uptill now, had a case in which the doorway information mentions that you have to take the BP?

You don't. Even if the patient need it, you may write on the PN, for example: orthostatic BP measurement.

I ve noticed FA to state measuring the BP in certain presentations, sometime even with orthostatic situations!!! What do we do in this case?
Do we also not do it , but write with the orders in it the PN?
