Dear All
I just received my CS result today after an excruciating 4 weeks of waiting; where everyday you think that you failed and that you have to go through the whole series of applying and going to another State and all the expenses and stress associated.
Here comes the Help of God on me and just today ,I called the ECFMG ,they said that they can not give me the result over the phone and if you noticed today the system of OASIS was down, so I had to wait another 2 hours to receive the result, then here it comes ,the moment of opening the OASIS , I was really nervous so I said in the Name of God then opened it and surprise, I found that that I was qualified for ECFMG certificate which means I PASSES CS then I opened the result and I really did then I remembered the following words:-
""Additionally, GOD will support you with an unwavering support. He is the One who places contentment into the hearts of believers to augment more faith, in addition to their faith. To GOD belongs all forces of the heavens and the earth. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise.""
Best wishes to everyone, I did not do that great, my physical exam was awful and I was the only foreign graduate in Atlanta Center and all of others were American students from nearby schools. I didn’t smile a lot and my notes were funny and STILL PASSED.

I prepared for two weeks, one week I read the first Aid and the second week I attended the C3NY in New York, came back on Saturday night ,went to Atlanta on Sunday ,took the exam on Monday. Probably that was one of the reason I didn't believe I would pass since I believe Like I didn't study compared to step 1 and 2.

Yes, Jenny06 ,I think that C3NY is good ,however you need to do first Aid before you go there, this will help you master a lot of information , also just in the market now is Dr.Swartz new book for CS ,I had not look at it ,may be you want to give it a try especially if you are planning to take C3NY...
PRACTICE, PRACTICE , PRACTICE, this will serve couple purposes. help you to master information first and give you more confidence second and relieve alot of anxiety third, take care and good luck and Let us Hear your good news.

hi, rashidy congrats,good luck for your match, just want ask you a silly doubt , please could you tell me what do they mean by focused physical exam, suppose if the patient comes with a complaint of chest pain, i have to do a cvs exam only, no abdomen and pulmonary and cns exams, please clarify, i will greatly apreciate your reply
