hey guys...i thought of applying for CS coz i m running short of time...
when i opened ecfmg.org...the home page opens promptly....but IWA n OASIS rnt accessible.i tired opening other links they r opening.."apply online"on the left top isnt working too...i tried it at my friend's PC then..same problem..tried 4 internet cafes,had the same problem...all other sites r opening.....what the hell is happening????i m already late n this probelm now......!!!
