Hi bax

Sorry but I have to change the answer, the treatment of pregnant woman with gonorrhea and allergics to penicilln is spectinomycin, they are at risk of developing disseminate gonorrhea.

Azithromycin but the thing is that is not in the choices.
Fisher says that if the allegic reaction is just a little rash then you can give cephalosporin because is inly10% chance of allergies when you have PCN allergy.
THAT IS FISHER
so base on that I will go with 5 Ceftriaxone
1-ampicilin is also an PCN and she is allergic and is not good for gonorrhea
2 and4 cloran and tetra are contraindicated in pregnancy

It is interesting because they say that spectinomycin is not available in US, so 3 or 5. Yup Gogeta i remember what Fischer said but he didn't say that specifically in pregnants?
