anthony gray, 45 years old scientist from NASA comes to the physician with complaints of high fever. on examination he is confused and not oriented to time and place. his wife narrates that he has passed two loose stools in the morning. on examination patient is febrile 100 F , BP 140/85 mm of Hg,RR 30/mt, HR 110/mt. personal history is remarkable for the fact that he is a chain smoker, and consumes alcohol once in two days. he stays in A/C rooms most of the time,as his work demands that. a diagnosis of specific bacterial pneumonia is made,and what is the most likely organism to have caused this pneumonia
