Pneumococcus vaccination
1.-For all above 65
2.-Any age if Sickle cell disease, splenectomy, chronic cardiopulm disorders, diabetes, OH cirrhosis, HIV, chronic renal failure, hematological malignances, immunosuppresive meds and patients with a high risk of fatal infection.

he has not comorbities suitable for pnemo. and post #2 gives a list of thouse comorbities
