Is it true that we should "adress every sign we see?"
For example, if the patient is sad we say "you look sad do u know why?" or You look angry is there anything bothering you?
I read this in the first aid ,but i was wondering whether it is the right thing to do? , does that give us credit ? doesn't it take the patient by surprize?

Nothing during the test is coincidental. They are actors. If they look sad, they were told to be sad, you have to express concern and try and find out why.

we need to address any obvious signs SP shows and also let Sp know any abn Vital sign.

Thank you.So this means we do address every sign because the whole encounter is staged and everything the SP does is supposed to test an aspect of the encounter
