ok hope this time I got your question right.
A False: PTU is prefered for more rapid effect and addicional block of t4 to t3
B False: iodine is 1 hour after anthyroid medication.
C
Dfalse: Treatment is ASAP

Iodine - yes, but not the first.
First goes cooling - iv fluids - propranolol and PTU.
C is correct too, B would be correct if not the word "first"

It can not be Iodine first for sure because it increases thyroid homone stores and may increase the thyrotoxic state

Damn you guys are right didnt pay attention to "first" in the choice and yes also didnt know about the peripheral conversion of thyroid hormones by GCs. Only thought that Beta blockers did that.

I got confused by mistaking the question as "what is the 1st tmnt for Thyroid Strom"
It was whats the correc option of the following.

E IS RITE ANSWER...GLUCOCORTCOIDS HAVE A PERMISSIVE ACTION ON GLUCAGON AND THYROID HORMONES..SO ADMINISTERING THEM MEANS YOU ARE INCREASING THEIR ACTION
