high doses steroids if pt has signs of spinal cord compression (weakness of the leg, low back pain and incontinence). Otherwise probalbly nothing

in u.w. ccs cases they treated only with pain medication,calcium,vit d and alendronate. they did not prescribe any brace for the patient. can we discharge the patient only with this medication?

i thought they are mostly outpatient. Unless there is a spinal cord compression
