Differnces and characteristics between Parkinson´s tremor and flapping tremor.

parkinson tremor is resting pin rolling tremor.
flapping tremor is astrexis- tremor on outstretched hands.

PD - resting tremor
flapping (asterixis) - results from liver failure, kidney failure.
