I used to be able to log into the NBME web site - I thought it was the NBME - and be able to see what is my exam history - there was a table indicating when I took the first Step, which city, what date. I am not able to find this website anymore. Maybe this was just a tab on the NBME website when you log into it, that was removed?
Does anyone know which website and which table I am referring to? Maybe this option is discontinued by now - it was few years ago when I remember checking this table with my exam history, the city where the exam was taken and date of exam.
