hi guys!

does anyone know which of the following could cause high MCV but normal Hb?

alcohol abuse
hemosiderosis
hep b infection
vit b6 deficiency
schistosomiasis

First thing that came to my mind is alcohol(chronic alcoholism--------->direct toxicity on the marrow) that can cause sometimes MACROCYTOSIS without anemia and drugs: methotrexate, 6-mercaptopurine, ARA c, OCPs and more
