UW offline version Vs. UW Online

hi all
I have a q concerning UW
is there a big difference between the UW Offline " Downloaded version ..known as UW cd " and the UW ONLINE Bank ?

for those have both versions plz tell me your experience

UW keeps adding questions to the bank, and they've updated their explanations with additional diagrams, pics, ct's, etc. To show where the lesion or point of interest is exactly.

I have both and I find the online UW is well worth it. It simulates the test environment

I do not know how they do it, but it seems that also the amount of important concepts increases and they delete questions that are not upd to date with the importants concepts.
