hai
Can someone give me some information on applying for visa for step2 cs from india (when to apply,procedure for applying etc.)
I have an Indian passport.I ll b giving my step1 in march.haven't applied for the other steps yet.
detailed replies will be greatly appreciated.

hi!
u can easily apply for a B1/B2 visa online. go to this site called www.vfs-usa.co.in.
here u can apply online and follow their instructions. its simple. ideally i think u should apply with atleast 1, if not both the scores in hand. so i would suggest that u appear for ur step 1 and thn as soon as u get the score apply for ur visa.

I applied to VISA from my home country was approved immediately and delivered to my doorstep after 48 hours,it is 5 years/ multiple entries ....dont worry as long as you have ur CS letter with u everything will be Ok

Dear dr Rma,
from India the visa is not problem at all.
Take necessary documents like Step 1 result, ECFMG letter for cs, Bank statement of 6 months,
take photograph of size required,take interview.

so it is better to appear at least for one step before cs to prove ur sincerety
i was thinking of clearing cs first to get rid of this headache and concentrate on score in 1 and ck
