treatment of choice in nonimmunocompromised pt is pyramithamine and sulfa drug ,as pt is allergic to sulfa drug so clindamycin is safe alternative .in case of pregnant women spiromycin is tretment of choice in first trimester,because spiromycin doesnot cross placenta
