ok pH =7.5 and HCO3= 31mEq/l this is definitely metabolic alkalosis.

Now Diarrea gives inc.AG metabolic acidosis.

Only vomiting gives you Metabolic Alkalosis. This in no way looks like a mixed disorder soi will go with

A Adrenal Adenoma as the MCC of Metabolic alkalosis is Vomiting, Thiazide excess and Mineralocorticoid excess.

Yeah - It sure does make sense...and "A" is correct. - Adrenal adenoma

The patient most likely has a mineralocorticoid-secreting adenoma, which results in mineralcorticoid excess in the body. Excess mineralocorticoids stimulate the secretion of renal hydrogen ions, which enhances bicarbonate reabsorption.
