hi,
i have completed my ph.d from france in oncology.now i want to come in america.kindly please tell me how i can do this???
2.can i get an exemption from steps????

if you're thinking of pursuing your career in oncology just as a PhD then that might work out--they might ask you about your thesis and related stuff to verify authentication...however if you're thinking of pursuing oncology as a medical doctor practicing medicine, then there isn't an exemption from the licensing exam because it's just that--for whatever kind of work you do in america, a license is needed. so you will have to take the exam--no way around it.
