hi how is sinai grace hospital,IM detroit...i was offered prematched...i had other good university interviews and they too were positive....these programs go for match and rarely think of prematches just before ROL submission...plz advice me what to do...iam confused..i know this year is tough but once v get a prematch offer v become confused...plz anybody know anything about the program...lot IMGs in the program.I have inv even at waynestate in january...plz anyinputs..

Sinai Grace is 100% IMG program, 1/3 of their residents got fellowship but in less competitive subspecialties such as Nephrology, ID, Hem/On.
I also interviewed there and they prefer doctors from Middle East I think. More than haft of their residents are from Middle East.
