A woman who is now 32-weeks gestation and pregnancy induced hypertension complains about severe nausea and right upper quadrant pain.
What do you think about the diagnosis at first?

1) acute appendics
2) threatened premature delivery
3) abraptio placenta
4) HELLP syndrome
5) eclampsia

"At first" means "the most probable, most common".

But yes, it could be 1, I've seen it.
