I found that NO is a neurotransmiter in brain but I don't find anything about its role and where is it there...
any idea?

NO is an excellent Vasodilator and is formed from Arginine :arrow: Citruline by NO synthase

yeah its in the brain, kidney, endothelia, GI... the are finding it everywhere. Not really testable material. Involved in pain regulation, vasodilation, including kidney local auto-regulation as a messenger to affer arteriole. etc
