I recently heard a friend from my undergrad days nailed a 271 on step 1. He matched into Radiology at MGH...go figure...

I think BBB's program had an applicant with 280 too. BBB please verify this. genbot (I think many of you know him) 's better half scored 275 a couple of months back. So scores in range of high 270s or even 280s are possible and we hear those now and then.

but only accountable one is waqas tariq's 276
and genbot's better half's 275
