Guy is taking care of his wife (both really old) and she is getting worse, he promised he wont send her to a nursing facility. He cant afford a nursing aid anymore. Now his wife is making sexual advances and hes disgusted by it. What do you do? Put his wife in assisted living, give him sexual therapy, give him SSRI, give her diazepam.

If he's depressed give him SSRI... and if there are options abt support or something equivalentt sud be that. This is the 3rd time i heard that one! rolling eyes

put wife in assisted living??? this could be care giver burnout.when only one person is taking care of another..the care giver burnsout and this is dangerous for both..this is common and actually people suggests periodic vacations etc. for the care givers..let the man take a break from his wife(doenst everybody want that smiling face )
without other signs/symptoms, depression is unlikely here

If you give him SSRIs, he's going to be even less interested in sex, poor wife... grin

Just kidding!

I don't know the answer.
