woman feels bulging from her vagina, she had a total hysterectomy in the past, she has absolutely no other s/s besides the bulging which gets worse when she stands up -> cystole, rectocele, uterine prolapse?

How can it be uterine prolapse without the uterus grin

Cystocele most likely.

How can you diferentiate cystocele and rectocele?
I know one is pipi and the other is pupu, but what else?

Cystocele: bulging of anterior aspect of vagina; rectocele: bulging of posterior aspect of vagina.It's possible to determine on inspection in most of the cases. nod

all of the listed bulging into vagina not from.
Either mistake in question or ans is vault prolapse

cystcoele urinary incontinence(stress) /rectocoele constipation pt needs to reduce it to pass feces...an per vaginal exam

I think the most common complication of total hysterectomy is vault prolapse
