asmi definitely not pneumonia..becos choice given is lobar pneumonia...
i also thought of bullous myringitis...but ans given as tracheobronchitis..with no explanation..may be wrong :roll:

Thanks usmleasr , I would have been under wrong impression to tick pneumonia as the asnwer :oops: who know's if asked :roll: in exam .
