If I'm not wrong you should write Step One, Step two - CK and CS before 31st Dec in order to be applicable for the Match.

doc1981, you don't have to write all 3 by december 31st, the only deadline is that you have to have all 3 passing results in by Feb. 27, which is the NRMP deadline. If it is the CS you need, you need to give it by Dec. 31 to get the result by then. If it is the CK you need, you can give it in January assuming the result is in by February 27th. You don't need to be ECFMG certified by February 27th, but ECFMG has to confirm you have passed all 3 exams by that date.

You have to have the result in by February 27th. It normally takes 3-6 weeks for the result to come in so to be safe you should give it by January 15th (6 weeks before). You can give it later but you will be taking a chance. Also, remember, Step 2 isn't offered from January 1-14th.
