What's the explanation?

Guys, curiously the correct answer is E.

Here is the explanation:

"A total cholesterol level <200mg/dl carries a low risk for development of complication of atherosclerosis and clinical events resulting from atherosclerosis are uncommon when total cholesterol concentration is below 150 mg/dl. It s better to have more HDL cholesterol than more LDL cholesterol"

Alzheimer s disease found at autpsy was a good distractor, wasn t t it?. And it seems that we (i got it wrong the first time) miss the point that a woman aged 79 has only few lipid streaks.

What do you think?

Damn i guess we got caught up in the Alzheimer's associations and all. They didnt ask us the cause of Alzheimer's but rather it was an incidental finding for them (question) SO if anything is corresponding to the normal profiles was the Choice E lol this one is a good one.
