Centrilobular Emphysema results from damage to the central or proximal part of lung acinus, with relative sparing of distal acinar strutures( ie alveolar ducts and alveolar sac)

With Panacinar Emphysema, the lung lobules is involved from respiratory bronchiole to terminal alveoli.

In Paraseptal emphysema, distal acinus is involved.

Centrilobular Emphysema involves Respiratory bronchioles...
Panlobular/Panacinar Emphysema involves respiratory bronchiole to terminal alveoli.
