As far as my UW notes, Influenza vaccination:
- >50----->everyone
- Patients with comorbidities------>every year
- Patients(19 to 49) with close contact with children 0 to 59 months
- Pregnants if no contraindications at 2nd or 3rd trimester

ok...thanks..have uw of 2005 and first aid too 5th edition..so i think they have changed in uw recently....
just checked official cdc website...its 50 years..
