plz help as i go without step 1

I had mechanisms for HTA , Diabetes type I and II , mech for Hashimoto's thyroiditis , pregnancy induced myocarditis , pancreatitis ..those kind of things . But they were all in UW somewhere , I wouldn't worry about Step 1 . 1 or 2 hypersensitivity questions ...really not a lot of physiology to worry you .
If you have done what everyone on this forum says it's a must ( kaplan notes , Usmleworld ) you should be well covered .
