ERAS woes continued

Got another mail from another program saying that they have not got my application completely.

I called up ERAS tech support. They told me that wheter a prog downloads all the application info or not depends on the filter (screening criteria) the program have set up.

But the program said that they have got my PTAL.

I dont think that they(ERAS) are gassing me but I wonder ...........

Anyway thought I should let you guys know. If any prog contact you and tell you that they have not got your application then you should contact ERAS tech support. They will re transmit your file.

Not completely true - programs have to download everything or nothing. We can't pick and choose. Unless they know something that I haven't learned. I might have to study the manual over the holiday break. Oh that's right. I don't get a break.

The Eras Tech support told me that it was because of the filters that the programs set up that they cant download the files. !
