I bought step 3 dvds and all they have is audio, rather than video. Do other ppl have a similar experience. is it possibly a problem with the codec? if so any suggestions?

you have to be specific, which source ? kaplan or premier
if kaplan - video
if premier - audio

i meant kaplan. well i bought 'videos' which i am just listening too! make sure u ask around before u buy them, i guess.
