1-we start treatement of gonorehea in female assymptomatic had contact with recentelly daignosed gonerrhea male patner or we wait till have a+ve culture to treat by ceftraxone and azithro, 2- late onset pshizoph. is agood prognestic factor ? or absent depression symptoms from this pateint which is the good prognosis ?

For gonococcus, treat for gono AND chlamydia. I don't understand your second question.

late onset is good progostic sign..absent depressive factors is worse..schizoaffective is better than schizophrenia
