please give me ur opinion regarding this,,,
my visa consultant advised me not to over stay in usa ,when i am visiting there for the first time to give my step 2 cs.
he says i will have prob with my H 1 visa, if people get to know i during my visa interview had told that i am just goin for a short visit for step cs..he says it doesnt matter even if i get a 6 month stamp at the port of entry in usa..
