You passed all your steps after studying like mad for 2 years , got your residency in the NY dowstates Hospital and finally become a Big Time MD in the US . Five years later , you open a fancy clinic in NY . This morning , a 25 yo beautifull lady come to your clinic and ask you if there is any recomendation for profilaxis as she i´s planning to visit INDIA next week .
What 's your next step in management ?

i d say mefloquine thats because
1) treats chloroquine resistant ones
2)long action = infrequent dosing
