ok friends, the long agonising wait is finally over. With my hands trembling i opened the report, when i saw the 4 letters PASS, i took a breath  Then scrolled down to see I got 263/99. Alhamdullilah!
I'm so happy, just cant beleive it. my hands are still shaky.

i had HY books in anatomy, not any downloaded version. And i did Neuro anatomy from Kaplan notes. try this

thanks milee, your scores are great till now. you have more than 6 weeks to go. u'll make it to 99.
angel doctor- thanks. are you in step2 ck forum now or are you done with it?
docdoc- i just posted in the score thread. MY UW scores were very good, so that was encouraging. but i still feel that one must use that as a learning tool. so dont despair if you are not scoring high, but the score should improve over time.
As far as NBME is concerned, i did 3rd form online, so that i could simulate the exam conditions. but the real exam is different coz u are thinking that THIS IS THE FINAL THING.
So i just kept my fingers crossed that i score as well as i did in NBME, but it turns out that I did even better.
I have posted about my exam material & experience already, if you have questions, feel free to ask.

hi. granuloma. i'm not from your country, but in this forum it doesnt really matter. we are all here with one goal; ace the exam & help each other while doing so.
when i mention big books, i used them as reference. i had already read these books in school, so while studying, if i found material in kaplan insufficient or confusing, i would open these books to clear the concepts. Clear concepts is the key.

can you give me some tips on studying microbio?? i find myself constantly forgetting the facts from kaplan micro..
and how do you use the charts in that last section provided by kaplan micro. i believe the chapter is
called clinical infectious disease which kaplan give out certain case vignette and key clues along with
microorganisms. i m having a hard time memorize all of them. did u use those? thanks for your time reading this. And of course Congratz on your awsome achievement!!!
