1]......the key in the treatment of endometriois is to prevent menstruation.....
you can achieve that with simply getting pregnant.or creating psudopregnancy state with OCP or MPA .....also you can create pseudomenopause state with androgen [ Danazol ] or GNRH-analogue [ lupron ] which is the drug of choice
[MPA] prevents progesterone level from falling down and so prevents menstruation and endometriosis symptoms
