agree with you all except second last ( acidosis) i will go for NORMAL SALINE FIRST cuz BP is also low.

B-Cervicitis-the cervix is friable. To say incomplete abortion, we need to know whether the cervix is open or not. It is not mentioned.

for the last q, absence of depression, late onset and living independantly are all factors for good prognosis i believe. so which is the answer?

Correction sandra, living independently(living alone) is not good prognostic factor from my long-term memory. I will recheck it.
Sure, late onset is good prognostic factor. But our patient is young and the onset of the schizophrenia was 8 years ago. That makes him even younger.
