B B-Cervicitis-the cervix is friable. To say incomplete abortion, we need to know whether the cervix is open or not. It is not mentioned. B C? D E-always start with .9% saline. Do not replace sodium fast. A-pertinent to this patient's history

for the last q, absence of depression, late onset and living independantly are all factors for good prognosis i believe. so which is the answer?

Correction sandra, living independently(living alone) is not good prognostic factor from my long-term memory. I will recheck it. Sure, late onset is good prognostic factor. But our patient is young and the onset of the schizophrenia was 8 years ago. That makes him even younger.
