1-B Inc morphine?
2- spriometry?
3- b ticracillin tobramycin for pseudomonas infection in neutropenic pts.
4- F small bowel biopsy for tropical sprue( fatty stools + d xylose low in urine)
5-E naproxen--ATN ( BUN /CR -60/6) =10/1
6--??no idea

2: C -- CT scan of the chest, agree with other

1.- RR is 8/min so if u increase morphine , u are gonna kill him . Now DNR does not mean you can kill the patient , it is just you take any big action like CPR ect..

so my answer would be A

2.- Spirometry ------checking for PFTs

3.- B -------must cover Gram- like pseudomonas and gram + also

4.- F -------- small bowel biospsy

5.- E ---------Nsaids related renal failure

6.-D --------not sure

yeah....i think you are right...Respiration rate is more important than pain.
