Does anybody use this book for Step 3 review? I just started this week. I found some information in there may be out of date.
Give me some opinion if you use this book as well.

Ive been adviced to read it for Sports medicine, reproductive medicine.

Maybe I just review those two chapters you mentioned because I really lost interest to carry on with this book. I found many concepts are out of date, contradict to Kaplan videos and other materials.

Yes thats true. Gone are the days when Swanson was considered indispesible for S3. I would go only for Ethics and Geriatrics portion of the book.

To medocuk: you mention about reproductive medicine... Are you talking about Obstetrics? I am just looking through the 4th edition, and see no the reproductive medicine chapter... May I ask you to clarify?

To anastamosis: you also mention about ethics, but I am not sure that the 4 edition has anything like that... Only Psy, BehavScience and Communication, chapter 4, page 278. Is this what you refer to?
