for maintaining blood glucose is
1-lysine from muscle protein
2-glycogen from muscle store
3-glycerol from adipose trig
4-even chain f.acid from dipose triglycerol

yes it is glycerol....muscle glycogen can't be released in to blood. becos of lack of glucose -6 -phosphatase

correct ans-glycero from adipose trigs
lysine is ketogenic,it cannot be used
glycogen is used in muscle to produce ATP
even chain f.acid produce acetyl coa.which cannot be use for glucose formation
