how can 1 become smaller , what value 1 has. even if its inversely proportional, it is supposed to be highest flow, what am i missing?

Flow = Pressure grad : 1 : rad4 x visc = Pres grad x rad4 x visc : 1

1. 200 x 1 /1 = 200
2. 100 x 2 x2x2x2 /1 =1600
3. 50 x 16 = 800
4. 25 x 4 x4x4x4 x 5 = more than 200
5. 1 x 6x6x6x6 x 10 = more than 200 again

Thanks a lot , Hero. Whenever I see math, I run in opposite direction. If I get this in usmle, i will gain one extra point because of you, thanks.

and they do like this kind of a physio-math mix smiling face

well even if u r not good at math, if u know that what mostly affect the flow and the pressure is the radius, with a smaller radius u will have less blood flow. more water with greater pressure is allowed to flow through a big hole than a smaller hole.

rationalized this way makes sense. all that math is scary.
