i want to know abt PTAL?what is it?
when to apply for it
Is it necessary for applying to residency in California....
I hav heard that there r some universities which dnt require PTAL....like KERN .....
IS this true.....

if you want to get residency training in Cali, the PTAL is mandatory no matter which program.
