Thanks, I know about scutwork.com, but is there another list or ranking system out there which just gives the names of the best and worst programs or hospitals??

it doesnt exist, and even scutwork is full of opinions. There is alist by USATODAY that ranks the top 50-100 hospitals in the USA, however. I dont know where you can find it, though. Maybe someone can provide the link.

I don't think that there is truely a list of best or worst - it would be very subjective. My first could be your worst.

Ofcourse it's no surprise which ones are on top, but I was serious about knowing about the bottom hospitals too!

The way things are now-a-days, the best one is the one which accepts you!

I was just wondering if any of the ones I applied to were the "worst" according to any ranking system... haha.

like cadp said- there might be great names and great hospitals on this "best of" list...but does this necessarily mean their residencies are so awsome too?
